R³ Consulting is a San Francisco Bay Area based independent consulting firm, specializing in the processes and technology that drive consumer transactions.
Experience in omni-channel, multi-channel and pure play commerce structures across eCommerce, mCommerce, brick and mortar and catalog channels
Deep knowledge and understanding of retail industry performance statistics, trends and benchmarks
Seasoned team with both industry and management consulting experience in domestic and international markets

Our consultants started their careers working in the retail industry with a strong desire to reach beyond their respective job roles and responsibilities. We all found ourselves seeking to participate in special projects and initiatives that would help our respective companies improve efficiencies, better understand the business performance, or give the company an edge over the competition. We decided to turn that drive into careers in consulting, helping many retailers, suppliers and consumer service providers to increase profits, improve operations and improve competitive position.
